In this webinar, we'll look at how to get your declaration of co-ownership respected.
The declaration of co-ownership is a legal document that regulates the management of a co-ownership and the building's occupants. It defines the terms and conditions for living together, and must therefore be imposed on co-owners by the Board of Directors. Anyone who fails to comply with the by-laws is liable to legal action based on article 1080 of the Civil Code of Québec. This recourse can be instituted by either a co-owner or the syndicate.
You don't know where to start and how to enforce your declaration of co-ownership? Or you'd like a refresher on the new regulations governing declarations of co-ownership? Find the answers to your questions in this webinar.
