Véronique and Caroline Martel - Nuance Communication
Sisters and long-time collaborators, Caroline and Véronique combine over 35 years of experience and expertise in strategic, digital, organizational, financial, external and political communications - in bilingual environments. In 2021, they founded Nuances Communications with the mission of guiding, supporting and advising their customers in their communications activities. They are co-editors-in-chief and senior editors of the quarterly magazine Condoliaison.

Bernard Lamy
Bernard Lamy has been involved in publishing in Quebec for over 40 years. Magazine publishing, encyclopedias, books, etc. He has been responsible for the graphic production of Condoliaison magazine since the very beginning.
He works closely with the editorial team. His participation ensures the visual rendering; graphic grid, page layout, positioning of texts and advertisements, selection and processing of visuals to accompany texts, preparation of material for the printer and business and technical relations with the latter.
He also collaborates with the sales department in the reception and technical analysis of advertising material supplied, and in the graphic production of certain advertisements published in the magazine.

Héléne Joli-Coeur
As a paralegal, Hélène Joli-Coeur has specialized in co-ownership law for over ten years. She is particularly involved in mandates involving the preparation of co-owners' meetings, the start-up of new syndicates and the amendment of declarations of co-ownership. She also assists administrators and managers with various aspects of co-ownership management.
Since 2010, she has been a member of our Condoliaison editorial team, where she is involved on many levels. Hélène Joli-Coeur has demonstrated her unfailing support and constant presence. Her experience in the field of condominium law enables her to contribute to both design and content. Together with the other contributors, she has long guaranteed the magazine's common thread and identity.

Diane Ménard
Diane Ménard has been working for the RGCQ for over 25 years as Sales Manager. For all these years, she has devoted her time to supporting and accompanying our corporate members and suppliers. At Condoliaison, Diane contributes to the smooth running of the magazine, highlighting our advertisers through the purchase of advertisements. She performs this task with enthusiasm and passion, and contributes greatly to the success of each edition.
