Presentation and Discussion on the Draft Regulation law 16

We are pleased to invite you to our Special Conference on the Regulation of Bill 16, which will take place on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at the Victoria Social Club, starting at 9:00 AM, presented by Lafrance et Mathieu.

Following the Government of Quebec's publication on September 11 of a highly significant draft regulation in the Official Gazette, we would like to inform you that once this regulation is adopted, it will implement major provisions of Bills 16 and 31. This legislative change will bring substantial modifications to the Civil Code of Quebec, introducing new obligations for co-ownership syndicates regarding transparency, financial management, and building maintenance.
