This tailor-made conference for small condominiums (30 units or less) is designed to introduce administrators of self-managed syndicates to their responsibilities in the administration of their condominiums, and give them practical tools to carry out their tasks as efficiently as possible. This training course will demystify the new tasks brought about by the reforms, and pass on proven work methods to reduce the time spent administering your co-ownership. Our experts will also cover the technical aspects of building construction specific to small condominiums, including the building envelope, structure, mechanics, etc., and advise you on the interpretation of the contingency fund study.
