When a co-owner dies, administrators are often faced with ambiguous situations and often ask themselves many questions:

• Who is responsible for paying condo fees?
• Who has access to the common areas of the syndicate?
• Who has the right to speak and vote at the AGM?
• When conflicts arise between potential heirs, how to manage the situation
•  The role of the notary, mortgagee and real estate broker

You will receive the login link 24 hours before the event and the registration within a week after the event.

You can now register for activities directly by making your payment online. For specific requests to use another payment method, please contact us at evenements@rgcq.org. Please note that an additional $2 processing fee will be applied to your invoice for manual registration. You will then receive your invoice by e-mail and will be able to select another payment method.

Cancellation and refund policy : You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. After this time, no cancellations, credits or refunds are possible.
