This activity will be offered in French only.
The co-ownership administrator plays a strategic role within a building. He or she is responsible for making decisions on the direction and priorities of the condominium. In particular, these decisions are aimed at ensuring the conservation of the building, as well as the maintenance and administration of the common portions.
In addition, he or she must ensure that the rights pertaining to the building or co-ownership are safeguarded. In this respect, an administrator must ensure compliance with the declaration of co-ownership. Directors also have duties, obligations and responsibilities under the Civil Code of Québec and the Declaration of Co-ownership.
Condo 101 is a customized training program for administrators wishing to learn the basics of condominium administration. Offered in partnership with Dunton Rainville, this one-day course will equip you to better administer your co-ownership.
