Join us in Quebec City for this new conference on How to enforce a declaration of co-ownership and manage co-ownership disputes. You'll be accompanied by Charlotte T. Fortier, a Quebec City lawyer specializing in civil litigation and co-ownership.

The Declaration of Co-ownership is a contract that regulates the lives of the building's co-owners, occupants and tenants, defining their rights and obligations. It is the duty of the Board of Directors to ensure that its contents are respected, and to put a stop to any violations.

How do I enforce a declaration of co-ownership?

What non-judicial and judicial steps can be taken in the event of non-compliance?

All the answers to your questions at this in-person conference.
