The entry into force on September 22, 2022 of Bill 64, known as Law 25, has raised many questions, particularly about its application to condominiums:

• What data can and must be collected by the syndicate?
• What are the responsibilities and obligations of the syndicate?
• What rights do co-owners have?
• What should and should not be included in the condominium register?
• What changes can we expect in terms of video surveillance?
• How should co-owners' personal data be protected and managed?

These are just some of the questions that will be addressed and answered during this virtual symposium, spread over two evenings of lectures on Tuesday April 25 and Wednesday April 26 from 6pm to 8pm.

Please note that the fee includes both evenings of lectures. To ensure that several people from the same union receive the conference link, please register each person individually and pay the fee for each registration.

Once you have submitted your registration form, you will receive an invoice within 48 hours to complete payment for your activity. 24 hours before the event, details of how to connect to the webinar (Zoom) will be emailed to you.
