Patrick Beauvais

Patrick Beauvais, VP Unit Director - Real Estate Quebec, joined BFL CANADA in 2017. Having started in the industry in 1999, he cumulates over 20 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance field.

Patrick is recognized for his technical knowledge and his ability to stay on the cutting edge of the industry in order to offer his customers an accompanying service in their changing risk management needs. He has extensive experience in setting up insurance programs for all types of buildings, including divided and undivided co-ownership, non-standard or uninsured risks, cooperatives, apartments and commercial properties.

Patrick is also a resource for his knowledge of condominium insurance. His clients will benefit from the extensive network of contacts he has built up over the years, including lawyers and notaries specialized in real estate law, appraisers and many other renowned suppliers for this class of risk.
