Julie Banville, lawyer

A member of the Quebec Bar since 2005, Me Julie Banville is a lawyer and partner at the firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin s.e.n.c.r.l, s.r.l.
She practices primarily in construction law, real estate law, and co-ownership (condominium) law. She represents a diverse clientele that includes administrators, shareholders, business executives, co-ownership syndicates, developers, and property managers. She regularly appears before courts of general jurisdiction, specialized tribunals, arbitration boards, as well as the Federal Court. A law graduate from Université Laval, she has built a reputation as a dedicated professional who is attentive to the needs of her clients.
She also sits on the Board of Directors of the Quebec City chapter of the Regroupement des Gestionnaires et Copropriétaires du Québec.
