We offer three membership options to reflect the different realities of condominium living.

1. The individual co-owner membership is intended for a co-owner who is not a member of the board of directors. It provides personal access to all services and tools reserved for members.
2. The individual directors membership is designed for a board member who wishes to join in their own name when the condominium corporation does not wish to become a member; access is strictly personal.
3. Finally, the syndicate of co-ownership membership allows the entire condominium community to benefit from the services, with enhanced access for directors in the performance of their duties.
