• Notice template to co-owners and occupants regarding the adoption of the policy.

“Premium” Package

This package includes everything in the Basic Package, plus:

• Enhanced Privacy Policy including clauses for syndicate employees and video surveillance;
• Confidentiality agreement for service providers.
