This webinar "The basics of condominium accounting" aims to introduce the essential concepts of accounting as applied to the condominium context. Participants will discover the fundamentals of financial management, including bookkeeping, tracking co-owner contributions, and managing reserve funds. The webinar will also cover the legal requirements for financial transparency and how to prepare financial reports for the annual general meeting. This content is particularly useful for board members and anyone involved in the financial management of a co-owenship.
