Special Trois-Rivières Conference: Attestation, Maintenance Logbook, and Reserve Fund – Everything you need to know!

It is with great pride that the RGCQ will be giving a conference in the city of Trois-Rivières.

To mark this occasion, we will be pleased to welcome you to our very first conference in the city, which will take place in Trois-Rivières on Friday, November 21, 2025, starting at 8:00 a.m.

Following the publication of Bill 16 in the Official Gazette on July 30, new rules now govern the management of co-ownerships in Quebec. This conference will help you understand the main obligations.

• More detailed syndicate certificate required for sales
• Mandatory maintenance logbook (reviewed every 5 or 10 years)
• Contingency fund study every 5 years

8:00 a.m. – Welcome and hot beverage service

9:00 a.m. – Start of the conference:

• The Maintenance Logbook
• The Reserve Fund Study

10:30 a.m. – 15-minute break

10:45 a.m. – Conference resumes

• The Syndicate’s Certificate on the Condition of the Co-ownership

12:00 p.m. – Q&A and end of presentation

12:30 p.m. – End of the conference and courtesy drink
