This webinar "Fires in condominiums: What is the role of the syndicate?" explores the responsibilities and obligations of the condominium syndicate in terms of fire prevention and management. Participants will learn about the essential safety measures to be put in place, the legal obligations related to the compliance of fire safety equipment and systems, and the procedures to follow in the event of a fire. The webinar will also cover insurance management and communications with co-owners before, during and after an incident. This is an important topic for board members and co-owners concerned about the safety of their co-owenship.
